Our Comprehensive Financial Planning Process

Get to KNOW you. What are your financial goals and needs and is there anything holding you back? What are your concerns and expectations?
- Introductory Call – get a general idea of who you are, where you’ve been and what your specific needs and goals are. We will also discuss who we are, our services, fees and what to expect.
- Client Onboarding – Set you up as a client and gather important information. We can help you figure out what documents you need and what you can throw away. We will also discuss your detailed financial data and establish your risk tolerance.
- Deep Dive – we will discuss assets and liabilities, determine your net worth, and establish your risk tolerance as it relates to investing in the market. We will also touch on Estate Planning, Tax Planning, and Protection Planning.

Provide you with a MAP. We will provide our recommendations to help you achieve your goals and customize a plan that is right for you.
- Recommendations– We will discuss where you stand as it relates to your goals and give you options and recommendations. We will work with you to create your own Financial Map.
- Implementation Meeting – Depending on your Financial Map we will implement any steps together.

WALK with you along the way. We know it can be hard to stay on track and sometimes the track we are on changes. You won’t go through it alone – we will help and guide you throughout your journey.
- Monthly Check-ins and On Demand Meetings. As a new client we will make sure to touch base with you on a monthly basis during the first year to make sure you are on track. After the first year these meetings can be quarterly or semiannually. You will also have the ability to request meetings at any time to discuss any changes, ideas or concerns that may arise.
Our Asset Management Process
Our asset management service as a stand-alone service is available to most clients who wish to use us solely for the purpose of providing portfolio construction, rebalancing and investment advice and implementation. Our Asset Manager has over 20 years of experience in the field and has worked with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and businesses as well as those who are just starting out. Our asset management service is a separate fee but is heavily discounted for those who use our Planning Service.

Our Comprehensive Package
Although we recommend our Comprehensive Planning Package, we also offer these services separately for a one-time fee at an hourly rate.
Net Worth Statement:
We look at your current financial health and help you stay or get on track by assessing assets and liabilities, debt planning, and budgeting.
Investments:
We make sure your money is working for you by providing asset management with portfolio design and rebalancing, 401k investment guidance, market research and updates, and tax saving investment strategies.
Taxes:
We help you to save more of your hard earned money by providing tax savings strategies, and CPA collaboration. We understand it’s not always now much you make, but how much you keep!
Protection Planning:
We help protect your goals and retirement with insurance analysis and implementation. We look at Life Insurance, Personal Liability Insurance, and Long Term Care as possible tools to protect your assets.
Retirement Planning:
We make sure that you are on track for reaching your retirement goals through a detailed analysis. If you are not on track we will help you get there by providing you with choices. This includes stress testing your plan against different possible scenarios as well as income distribution planning, social security planning and allocation models.
Estate Planning:
We will review your legal documents together, and although we are not attorneys we can help you ask questions to better understand your plan. Through referral, we can also provide document drafting services at an affordable rate including Wills, Trusts, Power of Attorney and Advance Health Care Directive documents.
Our Fees
We value TRANSPARENCY and don’t want you to be surprised by any hidden fees.
We are upfront and CLEAR on what we charge and feel you should be CONFIDENT in what you chose to pay for.
Fee Schedule
Comprehensive Financial Planning Package
Negotiable depending on the scope and complexity of the plan. Our Planning Fees are as follows:
- Plan Design Fee one time fee for the creation of the Financial Map ranging from $500-$2500. *Payment plan options are available.
- Monthly Planning ongoing fee which ranges from $25 – $125 per month.
One time Consultation
Negotiable depending on the scope and complexity of the request and is generally between $150-$350 per hour.
*We offer flexible payment arrangements so that anyone who is serious about their finances can afford to get the help and advice they need.
Asset Management
- Asset Management without Financial Planning – Fee rates are annual and based on assets managed. $0 – $999,999 is 1.5%; $1,000,000 – $1,999,999 is 1.25%; $2,000,000 – $4,999,999 is 1%; and greater than $5,000,000 is negotiable.
- Asset Management with Financial Planning – .5%
Estate Planning Document Referral Services
- Full workup- Trust, Will, and Power of Attorney – $600
- Basic –Will and Power of Attorney- $450
Client and advisor will work together based on legal resources available to the advisor to determine what the client needs.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept all major credit cards, personal check, or payment using a brokerage account.
